Postpartum Exercise Workshop
A group workshop led by a physiotherapist on how to safely return to exercise postpartum. There is an education component where participants will learn about anatomy and common postpartum conditions like diastasis rectus abdominis and incontinence, and also an exercise component where participants will be guided through some mat Pilates style exercises. Participants will all receive an individual posture assessment, as well as individual goal setting and specific exercises. The workshop consists of two 2 hour sessions in consecutive weeks.
